Returns & Refunds policy

1. Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• The product must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • In the same condition as received

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Used or damaged products (not caused by us)

• Items without original packaging

3. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days.

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping fee (Rs. 200) is non-refundable.

• Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with proof (photos/videos).

• We will arrange replacement or full refund.
